BoneVeda ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Name, phone number, email and delivery address, to fulfil your order.
• Health concerns you choose to share in the consultation form, only to arrange your consultation.
• Payment confirmation from Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
• Website usage data via cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) to measure and improve our ads and site.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers needed to serve you: payment gateway (Razorpay), courier partners (via Shiprocket), and messaging providers for order updates. We do not sell your data.
