Shallaki (Boswellia) and Guggul support the body's natural response to joint stiffness, Hadjod (Cissus quadrangularis) is classically used for bone health, and Nirgundi, Methi, Kalonji and Dashamoola round out the formula for muscle and joint comfort. How should I take ALPH Ortho Care?
One tablet in the morning and one in the evening with a glass of water, or as your physician advises. One bottle of 60 tablets lasts 30 days.
How long before I notice a difference?
Ayurvedic formulations work gradually and every body is different. Follow the routine consistently for at least 6–8 weeks, along with stretching or physiotherapy, before judging how it suits you.
Can I take it with my other medicines?
Please check with your doctor first if you take blood thinners, diabetes or blood pressure medication, or have any ongoing condition. It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
